Strawberry – Smoothie

Wash and hull the strawberries, cut them in half and put them in a blender. Add powdered sugar, yogurt and cream and blend well until the smoothie is thick.

Pour into glasses, garnish with strawberries and serve with a straw.

The quantity makes two large glasses.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
400 g strawberries, and some for garnish
45 g powdered sugar, possibly more or less, to taste
200 g natural yogurt
60 ml cream
