Great for grilling
Put some olive oil in a pan with a sprig of rosemary and let it get hot. Roughly slice the salami and fry in the pan until crispy. Then place on crepe paper to cool.
Add a little olive oil and the baguette cut into cubes to the already hot pan.
In the meantime, wash the arugula, remove the stems, halve the cherry tomatoes, put everything in a large enough bowl and season with vinegar, oil, sea salt and pepper.
Add the crisp, cooled bread cubes and the salami chips to the salad and mix everything together well. Finally, mix in some grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle the rest over the finished bread salad.
