Green smoothie

Everyone knows about smoothies by now, but what about a green one? Green smoothies are trending and now there is something for everyone, even vegetable haters. This recipe is a real beginner’s recipe because first, you get a wonderful green color and second, you don’t taste the spinach out so much. Spinach has a bit of an earthy flavor, but it is drowned out here by the pineapple.

First clean the pineapple, cut out the stalk and puree the flesh with the orange juice. Now peel the bananas and kiwis, add them and puree them as well.
If you have young spinach, simply wash it, add it and blend it as well. If you have large spinach leaves, remove the stems and add only the leaves to the blender.

200 ml orange juice
1 handful spinach
