𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 3 φλιτζάνια (600 γρ.) μαγειρεμένο ρύζι (ελαφρώς χλιαρό) 2 1/2 φλιτζάνια (212 γρ.) Σαλάτα μπρόκολο χοντροκομμένη σε 1 φλιτζάνι κονσέρβας (ψιλοκομμένη 1 κούπα) Peas rinsed and drained 1/2 cup (17 g) Cilantro chopped (you can sub parsley) Squeeze of Lemon Salt & Pepper to taste 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: 2 Tbsp (30 g) of Tahini Juice from 1 Lemon 3 Tbsp (45 ml) καλό ελαιόλαδο 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού (5 ml) μέλι βέγκαν ή σιρόπι σφενδάμου 2 -3 κουταλιές της σούπας (30-45 ml) Νερό για να αραιώσει όσο χρειάζεται Αλάτι & πιπέρι για γεύση 𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Αφήνω στην άκρη. 2. Δώστε μια χοντροκομμένη μπριζόλα και προσθέστε τη σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ μαζί με το μαγειρεμένο ρύζι, τα ξεπλυμένα τσικ μπιζέλια και τον ψιλοκομμένο κόλιανδρο. 3. Αλατοπιπερώνουμε το μείγμα και με μια στύψα λεμόνι. 4. Ρίχνουμε μέσα το 1/3 – 1/2 από το ντρέσινγκ και ανακατεύουμε καλά. Σερβίρετε το υπόλοιπο ντρέσινγκ στο πλάι. . .
