Χρησιμοποίησα ζυμαρικά χωρίς γλουτένη σε αυτό, αλλά επιλέξτε το αγαπημένο σας. Αυτό θα ήταν υπέροχο με τα φασόλια κανελίνι που προστέθηκαν στο 🙋✔ από τον janetsmunchmeals . Μη διστάσετε να υποβάλετε το λευκό κρασί για ζωμό λαχανικών αν προτιμάτε και το σπανάκι για το kale!👌🌿 . ΥΛΙΚΑ: 1/2 κιλό ζυμαρικά της επιλογής σας 1 Τ λάδι 1/4 κόκκινο κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο 2-3 σκελίδες σκόρδο ψιλοκομμένο 1 πίντα ντοματίνια ή σταφύλι σε φέτες 3/4 φλιτζάνι λευκό κρασί ή ζωμό λαχανικών 1 T βασιλικός ξερός 3/4 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι kosher 1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού πιπέρι 1/2 μέτριο μάτσο λάχανο που αφαιρείται από το κοτσάνι και κόβεται σε κομμάτια 1 ίντσας και γίνεται απαλό μασάζ για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα με αφή λαδιού 1 φλιτζάνι μαριναρισμένες αγκινάρες, στραγγισμένες 3 T κάπαρη (προαιρετικά) Χυμός από 1/ 2 λεμόνια Γαρνίρισμα: Κόκκινες νιφάδες τσίλι (προαιρετικά) ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ: 1. Βάζετε μια κατσαρόλα με νερό να βράσουν για τα ζυμαρικά. 2. Εν τω μεταξύ, προσθέστε λάδι σε ένα μεγάλο τηγάνι σε μέτρια φωτιά και μόλις ζεσταθεί, προσθέστε το κρεμμύδι, ανακατεύοντας συχνά προσθέτοντας λίγο νερό εάν το τηγάνι είναι πολύ στεγνό στην πορεία. 3. Μαγειρέψτε 5 λεπτά, προσθέστε το σκόρδο και τις ντομάτες και μαγειρέψτε άλλα 3 λεπτά, προσέχοντας να μην καεί το σκόρδο. 4. Προσθέστε το κρασί, τον βασιλικό, αλάτι και πιπέρι, ανακατέψτε και αν χρειαστεί ανεβάστε τη φωτιά για να αφρατέψει. Κατόπιν χαμηλώνουμε λίγο τη φωτιά για να ψηθεί σε χαμηλή φωτιά (απλώς να σιγοβράσει) για αρκετά λεπτά μέχρι να μειωθούν τα υγρά στο μισό. 5. Προσθέτουμε το λάχανο και τις αγκινάρες, ανακατεύουμε, σκεπάζουμε το τηγάνι και μαγειρεύουμε για 1 λεπτό ακόμα. Ξεσκεπάζουμε και ανακατεύουμε. Το λαχανό πρέπει να είναι ανοιχτό πράσινο και ελαφρώς. 6. Προσθέστε τη σάλτσα στα μαγειρεμένα ζυμαρικά και ανακατέψτε απαλά, προσθέτοντας κάπαρη και χυμό λεμονιού. 7. Δοκιμάζουμε και προσθέτουμε κι άλλο αλάτι/πιπέρι αν θέλουμε. 8. Σερβίρετε και προσθέτετε προαιρετικά νιφάδες κόκκινου τσίλι για λίγη πικάντικη φωτιά! 🍅🌿🍃 . .
