Κομμάτι τζίντζερ μήκους 2 εκ. (κιμάς), 1/2 μικρό κεφάλι λάχανου (ψιλοκομμένο) και αφήστε όλα να μαγειρευτούν για περίπου 3-4 λεπτά πριν προσθέσω 200 γραμμάρια ψιλοκομμένα μανιτάρια. Έπειτα, άφησα να μαγειρευτούν όλα για άλλο ένα λεπτό και πρόσθεσα 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι, 1 1/2 κ.γ. αλεύρι, 1 κουταλιά της σούπας σάλτσα μαύρης σόγιας, 1 κουταλιά της σούπας μηλόξυδο και 2 κουταλιές της σούπας καστανή ζάχαρη. Τα ανακάτεψα όλα μαζί και μετά περίπου. 5 λεπτά η γέμιση ήταν έτοιμη🍃Αυτή η συνταγή κάνει αρκετή γέμιση για περίπου. 26 ζυμαρικά 🥟🥟🥟 Για τον ζωμό τσίλι που μπαίνει πάνω από τα μαγειρεμένα στον ατμό ζυμαρικά απλά ανακάτεψα μαζί 100 ml ζωμό λαχανικών, 1 κουταλιά της σούπας λάδι κανόλα και 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού νιφάδες τσίλι 🌿 . .
