Ακολουθήστε το νέο λογαριασμό vegan.healthy.plan περισσότερα για καθημερινές συνταγές 😘 Ρεβύθι λεμονιού & ψητές ντομάτες Ζυμαρικά 🍝 By happyskinkitchen Σερβίρετε 3-4 άτομα Υλικά: 1 μικρό/μέτριο λευκό κρεμμύδι – ψιλοκομμένο 3 σκόρδα – θρυμματισμένες 500 γραμμάρια ντοματίνια (Icher έχουν χρησιμοποιήσει κειμήλια) – κομμένα στη μέση 1/2 κονσέρβα (400 γρ.) ρεβίθια – στραγγισμένα και ξεπλυμένα 1 ματσάκι βασιλικό (περίπου 20-30 γρ.) 2 κουταλιές της σούπας διατροφική μαγιά 1 κουταλιά της σούπας χυμό λεμονιού το ξύσμα από 1/2 λεμόνι 2 σούπας έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο + επιπλέον για το τηγάνισμα και το ψήσιμο αλάτι και πιπέρι για γεύση περίπου 300-350 ζυμαρικά – έχω χρησιμοποιήσει κοντσιλί Σερβίρετε με: ένα πασπαλάκι με τυρί βίγκαν παρμεζάνα ή παρμεζάνα μου (συνταγή στο ebook μου) μπολ ανακατεύουμε μαζί 2 κουταλιές της σούπας έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο, θρεπτική μαγιά, χυμό λεμονιού και ξύσμα λεμονιού. Αφήνω στην άκρη. Προσθέστε τα κομμένα ντοματίνια σε ένα μεγάλο ταψί. Περιχύστε με λίγο ελαιόλαδο, αλάτι και πιπέρι και ανακινήστε καλά ώστε οι ντομάτες να επικαλυφθούν ομοιόμορφα. Βάλτε το ταψί στο φούρνο και ψήστε για 25 λεπτά στους 200 βαθμούς Κελσίου. Εν τω μεταξύ, προσθέστε λίγο ελαιόλαδο σε ένα τηγάνι και μόλις ζεσταθεί, προσθέστε το ψιλοκομμένο κρεμμύδι. Μαγειρέψτε σε μέτρια φωτιά για 8-10 λεπτά μέχρι το κρεμμύδι να αρχίσει να σιγοβράζει και να καραμελώσει. Προσθέστε το ψιλοκομμένο σκόρδο και μαγειρέψτε για άλλα 2-3 λεπτά. Μειώστε τη φωτιά στο ελάχιστο όσο μαγειρεύετε τα ζυμαρικά. Πριν στραγγίξετε τα ζυμαρικά αφαιρέστε 2 κουταλιές της σούπας από το νερό μαγειρέματος. Βγάζετε τις ντομάτες από το φούρνο και προσθέτετε στο ταψί τον ψιλοκομμένο βασιλικό, τα στραγγισμένα ρεβίθια, το ψημένο κρεμμύδι και το σκόρδο και τα ζυμαρικά. Ανακατέψτε καλά και στη συνέχεια προσθέστε το νερό μαγειρέματος, το ελαιόλαδο και το γαλάκτωμα λεμονιού και μια γενναιόδωρη κρακ μαύρο πιπέρι. Ανακατεύουμε όλα πολύ καλά. Σερβίρετε με λίγο vegan τυρί παρμεζάνας ή παρμεία κάσιους. . .
