Ακολουθήστε τον νέο λογαριασμό vegan.healthy.plan περισσότερα για καθημερινές συνταγές 😘 Tofu & Veg Ramen Hot Pot από την plantpowernutritionandfitness 😍🥢 Αυτό το μπολ ramen είναι εύκολο να το φτιάξετε και μπορείτε να προσθέσετε και τα αγαπημένα σας λαχανικά! 💚 Σας αρέσει το ramen σας να έχει πολλές χορτοφαγικές επικαλύψεις; 🤔🥕🍃 Διατροφή ανά μερίδα (μερίδες-4) Θερμίδες 510 λιπαρά 11 γρ Υδατάνθρακες 87 γρ Πρωτεΐνες 23 γρ Υλικά 1,5 lt Ζωμός λαχανικών 450 γρ Βιολογικό Τοφού (σε κύβους) 200 γρ μανιτάρια λουλούδια (25 γρ. μεγάλες φέτες) 180 g λάχανο (λεπτές φέτες) 380 g Ramen Noodles 20 g Tamari 15 g Ξίδι ρυζιού Αλάτι και πιπέρι κατά προτίμηση Μπροκολίνι (προαιρετικά λεπτή φέτα και προσθέτουμε με 5 λεπτά που απομένουν) 1️⃣ Σε μια μεγάλη κατσαρόλα, ανακατεύουμε πάνω από το μάτι της κουζίνας ξύδι, αλάτι και πιπέρι. Αφήστε να πάρει μια βράση και προσαρμόστε το καρύκευμα όπως χρειάζεται. 2️⃣ Προσθέστε τα μανιτάρια, τη σκουός, το λάχανο και το τόφου. Μαγειρέψτε μέχρι να μαλακώσουν τα λαχανικά, περίπου 15 λεπτά. 3️⃣ Προσθέστε τα noodles ramen και τα κολοκυθάκια και μαγειρέψτε το καθένα για άλλα 5 λεπτά. 4️⃣ Σερβίρουμε και γαρνίρουμε με κόκκινο τσίλι. ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ ΣΥΝΤΑΓΗΣ: Μαγείρεψα το τόφου χωριστά μαρινάροντας σε λίγο ξύδι ρυζιού και ταμάρι και τηγανισμένο σε λίγο κορν φλάουρ, το έκανα για αισθητική εμφάνιση δεν απαιτείται απαραίτητα. . .
