Συνταγή από plantcrazii ”Honey” BBQ Tofu Θα χρειαστείτε: 1 κουτάκι (450g) σφιχτό τόφου 1/2 φλιτζάνι άμυλο καλαμποκιού 1/2 φλιτζάνι σάλτσα bbq 2 σούπας σιρόπι αγαύης ή σιρόπι σφενδάμου 2 σούπας λάδι Πώς: Κόψτε το τόφου σε τεμάχια τριγώνου μεγέθους μπουκιάς Αλείψτε το tofu με άμυλο καλαμποκιού Τηγανίστε το tofu σε καυτό λάδι μέχρι να γίνει ελαφρά τραγανό όλες οι πλευρές του tofu σας και αφήστε τα κομμάτια σας στην άκρη Σάλτσα: Ζεστάνετε 2 κουταλιές της σούπας λάδι σε ένα τηγάνι Προσθέστε το σιρόπι αγαύης και τη σάλτσα bbq και ανακατέψτε μέχρι τη σάλτσα σας μειώνεται σε μια κολλώδη σύσταση, θα πρέπει να δείτε φυσαλίδες σε όλη τη σάλτσα σας Ανακατέψτε τα τραγανά κομμάτια tofu μέχρι να επικαλυφθούν όλα.
